Rebecca Gill 

Project Manager

At Adam-Bryce, Rebecca is responsible for relationship management, logistics and keeping things focused on the “white glove” service we provide our clients. She brings 20+ years of experience balancing strategic goals with practical implementation of projects and procedures. In previous roles, Rebecca has specialized in operational efficiency, team development, strategy, and innovative solutions to business issues. Her industry experience includes business consulting, financial services and wealth management. Rebecca’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master's in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Project Management Institute.

Originally from the northeast, Raleigh has been home to Rebecca and her family since 1995. Outside of Adam Bryce, she volunteers and supports the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina and Saving Grace Animal Rescue. If she wasn’t working for Adam-Bryce, Rebecca would likely be indulging her love of travel - and writing about the people, the food, the sights, and the experiences those journeys bring.
