Meet our team

Managing Director

“The best feeling is when a client asks us to further expand their team, or a former candidate brings us in to hire their new team. And I love hearing about a candidate that we placed being recognized as a star.”

Nadine Rubin is the founder and Managing Director at Adam Bryce. A highly experienced and insightful executive search leader, Nadine brings a natural aptitude to supporting companies through rapid change and growth. Her recruiting career began in telecommunications and networking which quickly evolved with the growth of technology to gaining a deep expertise in outsourcing, managed services, and consulting.

Nadine leverages her network, deep domain expertise, and understanding of the evolving landscape, to find high-performing visionary leaders that drive strategic growth and achieve competitive advantage, within the dynamic and fast-paced world of data-driven businesses. Throughout her career, Nadine has had the opportunity to serve startups to Fortune 100 companies and prides herself on being a strategic and trusted advisor.

Outside of the workplace, Nadine also takes the support of others seriously, particularly in working to advance the opportunities of women and girls. In 2012, she founded the Papilio Group, whose mission is to build a community of women executives in technology seeking guidance and networking for the purpose of elevating and accelerating their career objectives. She has served as a mentor for young women helping them to achieve their academic potential and is passionate about helping to drive women in STEM and the education of girls worldwide.

A native of the Bronx, Nadine has lived on both coasts and in spots in between but loves North Carolina where she lives in a house she renovated and modernized ‘from the studs out.’ She is inspired almost daily by her son, a bestselling children’s author and daughter, who is building a successful career in technology sales.

Nadine enjoys a great tennis match, a glass of wine, spending time with family and friends, or hanging on the back porch with her puppy, Sophie.
