Nadine Rubin is the founder and Managing Director at Adam Bryce. A highly experienced and insightful executive search leader, Nadine brings natural aptitude to supporting companies through rapid change and growth. Her recruiting career began in telecommunications and networking which quickly evolved with the growth of technology to gaining a deep expertise in outsourcing, managed services and consulting. Nadine’s practice today spans the enterprise and includes a specialization in emerging technologies such as Big Data, Analytics, Digital, AI, IoT, Cybersecurity and Robotic Process Automation.

Nadine uses her extensive network to link top executives to organizations' needs. She is known for combining insight and action to benefit her clients and aid their navigation through the ever-changing demands placed on their firms. Throughout her career Nadine has had the opportunity to serve startups to Fortune 100 companies and prides herself on being a strategic and trusted advisor.

Outside of the workplace, Nadine also takes the support of others seriously particularly in working to advance the opportunities of women and girls. In 2012, she founded the Papilio Group, whose mission is to build a community of women executives in technology seeking guidance and networking for the purpose of elevating and accelerating their career objectives. She has served as a mentor for young women helping them to achieve their academic potential and is passionate about helping to drive women in STEM and the education of girls worldwide.

After hours you will most likely find Nadine on the tennis court, or spending time with her family which includes her husband Rich, son and daughter (Adam and Bryce) and her two golden doodles, Jaxson and Truman.
