Mia Phillips is an Executive Search Consultant that works to drive candidate development at Adam Bryce. Mia is responsible for the research and candidate management of our executive searches. She focuses on industry trends and market knowledge to best serve our clients. Prior to Adam Bryce, Mia has been in career services, client management, and candidate placement roles since graduating from William Peace University. There, she achieved her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in International Marketing.
Mia is originally from Philadelphia, currently residing in Downtown Raleigh. While she still has a love for Philly and the Northeast as a whole, she considers Raleigh her home. When she's not in the office, Mia is a social butterfly and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. If she needs a break, you can find her at the local coffee shop, yoga studio, or the library picking out a few new books for the week.
