Emma Francis is an Associate and works to drive candidate development at Adam-Bryce. Emma is responsible for research and candidate management for our executive searches. She focuses on developing market knowledge to better match our client’s needs. Prior to Adam Bryce, her experience includes working with talent to make cross-industry placements throughout North Carolina. She has held administrative, customer service, and project management positions.
Originally from New Jersey, Emma has lived in the Raleigh area for many years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from North Carolina State University. In her down time, she can be found listening to live music and traveling with friends throughout the country.
