Carolyn Cespino is an HR professional, turned super Mom, turned Adam Bryce Recruiting Associate (or as she calls it “Research Ninja”). Carolyn is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Adam Bryce’s data while supporting the research function through a variety of value-added activities. Prior to Adam Bryce, she held HR Analyst, Corporate Recruiter, and HR Generalist roles in multiple industries.
Carolyn hails from Livonia, Michigan (where soda is still called “Pop”) and currently resides in the Nashville, TN area. She spends her free time with her husband, young son (who says the “darndest” things) and two dogs. Carolyn attended Eastern Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Carolyn is an active member of her local SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) chapter and volunteers at her son’s school and with local charities such as the Frosty Fun Run through Fleet Feet Murfreesboro – which supports Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and PARKS Christmas for the Children. At the end of the day, you can typically find her relaxing with family, which is most important to her (although a beer and a pizza are a close second).
