In addition, Nadine is a founder and Advisory Board member for the Papilio Group. Papilio Group's mission is to build a community of women executives in technology 1) seeking networking and guidance for personal and career growth plus 2) mentoring women new to the technology and 3) supporting movement for the education of all young girls in the world.
Nadine graduated with a B.S. degree from SUNY-New Paltz. She recently relocated from Westport, CT to Raleigh, NC where she resides with her husband, cat and mini golden doodle.
Mary Price is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 10 years of experience working with boards and C-level executives developing organizational design strategies, performing leadership assessments, and recruiting top talent. This coupled with over 20 years as a technology executive and former CEO, gives Price the executive insight to help her clients develop cohesive leadership teams that can meet the rapidly changing environments resulting from today's global digital transformation. Having sat in the executive chair herself, she has a deep understanding of client needs, cultural fit, management styles and overall performance delivery requirements that are required in the rapidly evolving technology arenas. She has a track record of managing and recruiting in environments of business restructuring, high growth and rapid change.
Price began her executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates in NY, where she co-led the Information Officers Practice recruiting CIOs, CTOs and their teams across all industry sectors, including retail, e-commerce, industrial, pharmaceutical, health services and financial services. She also developed the firm's Financial Technology Practice. In 2011, Price formed her own firm where she continued to recruit top technology executives on a national level, before joining Adam-Bryce as its partner responsible for the Technology Officers practice.
Price began her career with IBM, where she held a wide range of functional positions including manufacturing, finance, marketing, SW development, services and consumer technologies, ultimately rising to become a General Manager. She led the spinout of the business, raising $50MM, and becoming CEO of the resultant company Home Director, an early generation IOT company providing interconnectivity of smart devices in the home with backend services. Other executive positions included: CEO of LiveWire Logic, a natural language search company and VP Business Development and Licensing for MCNC Research Institute, a defense research business focused on sensor networks, grid computing and biosensor technologies, where she had Top Secret Clearance.
Price is an engineering graduate of Duke University and holds a Masters degree from Stanford. She is also a certified executive coach and works with C-level clients, helping them with challenges around culture, communications and performance.
As a Principal for Adam-Bryce, June is responsible for the business development, account management and delivery of the retained search needs of her clients. June is a successful business leader with experience in building teams, functions, and processes to fuel growth. With almost 20 years in multiple disciplines including Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations June has a track record for driving people and business results through proven leadership, diverse skills, and varied functional expertise. Most importantly she understands the organizational structure and human capital needs of her clients and what makes candidates achieve long term success.
June received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Michigan University with a focus in Business, Communication, and Human Environments. She received a Master's of Science degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University. June currently resides in Raleigh, NC with her two dogs Belden and Wheeler. When she is not serving her client's needs she enjoys exercising, playing with her dogs, cooking and volunteer work.
