"In 2007, I was the Global Director of Talent at Sterling Commerce, a division of AT&T. I loved the fact she was a woman-owned boutique firm and AT&T had high diversity standards. I was in need of some external support and unfortunately some of the big players had conflicts because of their customer base. I am very selective on my vendors and only work with people who understand our rules of engagement. Nadine's style of partnership was fantastic, she worked directly with me and was super responsive. She never circumvented the process and her slate of candidates was always from great companies and top universities.
Through the years she has successfully worked on C-Level as well as SVP and VP level roles within Professional Services and Engineering. She always has a strong pulse on the market and I found her to represent my company with integrity. What has made her successful, in my opinion, is not only the targeted precision of the skill set or leadership level, but her ability to find the cultural match, which is key when trying to build synergy at the top.
Nadine has a strong commitment to women in leadership. She is the Founder of Papillio, which I am also a member. I have been to many networking events where I have met many wonderful female executives. It's an exclusive but impressive group of women at Director and above.
I will say my executive teams loved her directness and they were a tough crowd to win over. She quickly built trust because she could quickly ascertain the requirement and always fully vetted her slate before presenting, which I appreciated.
Nadine's team is pretty great too, I have met most of them at different events. As a Talent Exec for over 20 years, I can say she is talented and her research team delivers!
