identifying the best and the brightest
We place more executive females then other search firms, hands down. Adam-Bryce has traditionally focused on presenting a diverse slate of candidates for each search engagement. In recent years the global emphasis on moving female executives into the “C” suite has prompted us to focus our efforts on identifying the best and the brightest females in the industry. Leveraging our relationship- building expertise we maintain a network of women executives which allows us to be successful in each search. We have built this community through a multi-faceted approach:
- We are a female owned business and our staff is predominately female. We understand that women are fundamentally different. Throughout the recruitment process we treat female candidates with this diversity in mind.
- We make a concerted effort to find the most qualified women available for the role and assure that they are included on the slate. We have created industry leading practices which allow us to provide the type of competitive intelligence desired by our clients; including who are the best and brightest, where they are working, and what is important to them.
- In response to market feedback, we formed a female executive networking group, Papilio, now in its third year. We are working together to solve challenges for the women of today and the future. We have chosen as our cause to focus on, the education of young girls around the world.
Our mission is to provide the same level of service to our customers whether they are hiring a critical individual contributor or a CEO. We believe that for companies to be successful, they must groom from within and only bring executives in from the outside when the skills that they seek are not found within their existing infrastructure.
