For clients who do not require a full-fledged retained search effort, we can provide customized passive candidate research. Our internal research team can provide accurate and up to date research and name generation. We have the capability to provide you with names, titles, phone numbers, emails, and reporting structure of the top talent that you are searching for. We do not use online job boards or any other list resource to obtain our information. New research is obtained for every project that we undertake for a client, resulting in the most accurate and up to date research available.

Talent Mapping

Some clients desire a deeper understanding of their competitors’ operation, organizational structure and its associated staffing. Adam-Bryce has created talent mapping within a particular industry or company to identify a firm’s organization structure, current titles/responsibilities and the people sitting in the roles. This offering is shared with the client as analysis and provides the client with critical competitive information. Further, this knowledge provides potential future candidate pool for their client’s next opening(s); these findings make Adam-Bryce uniquely poised to screen the candidates when an opening occurs and decreases the time to secure the candidate pool for a specific position.
